WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to Cowboybay.  This may cause a delay in your shipping. Please make sure you provide the correct address.

SHIPMENT LOST IN TRANSIT

If the carrier tracking indicates that the shipment was lost in transit, contact Cowboybay as soon as possible, or within 30 days. Cowboybay will make and ship you a replacement item or refund your money.

Return Policy

-We stand behind all of our products here at Cowboybay. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange of the product within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

-Customized product can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

-If it isn't defective/damaged or the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees.

-If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

-If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this 

Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honoured. The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

Exchange Policy:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

If you bought your product from a retail distributor, another website, or a third party, we cannot handle the exchange and you should contact the company you purchased from.
